Oklahoma Bill Allows Service in County Facilities
Thank you to Ann Pollard for keeping us abreast of Oklahoma HB 1235, which passed and was signed by their Governor. This bill allows a person licensed to serve process or who is specially appointed to serve a summons on an inmate in the county jail or detention center by delivering a copy to the administrator or their designee.
