This bill allows process servers into a gated community and requires businesses to grant access to process servers. Failure to comply is punishable by up to 93 days imprisonment, $500 fine or both.
The bill was introduce July 15th and is currently being edited for approval. We are hopeful Michigan servers will be successful with this bill.
