2017 Annual Conference

Wow, what a conference! Lots of feedback from all in attendance that it was one of the best conferences ever. The NAPPS Administrative office really out did themselves this year. The meetings went smoothly and we ended up ending early both days. This allowed us to do the networking with others members that we so love to do. The seminars were also top notch. From Eric Vennes' FSC presentation, through the Deputy Sheriff's presentation until the end of Mike Kern's marketing presentation, everyone was totally engaged.

I want to personally thank everyone for answering the survey, whether online or at the conference. Like I've said, we cannot make this the best association to belong to if we don't hear from you. We are currently looking over those surveys and will take your suggestions and comments seriously and look forward to addressing them. Betsy from Diversified Legal Services won the $100 Amazon Gift Card. Congratulations!! It appeared that a lot of members took advantage of renewing their dues at this conference and received the $50 discount. I was also made aware that many took advantage of the 50% discount on a new membership application fee. Please note that the 50% discount on the application for new NAPPS members is good at all State Chartered Association conferences too! This is a fantastic opportunity to join. I hope you pass this along to a non member and encourage them to join.

I am happy to announce that I have been asked by our new President, Mike Kern, to continue as the P&G Chair and I have gladly accepted. Tom Denton, Paula Ashcraft, Jessica Jester and Cliff Jacobs will serve on that committee with me. Looking forward to another great year.
