Changes Are Coming

Since the last update in the July-August Docket Sheet, 21 complaints have been submitted to this committee which is the exact number of complaints during the last period.

15% of the Notices of Intent to File Complaint were dismissed because they did not meet the requirements outlined in the NAPPS Policy or the responding member was no longer an active NAPPS member. 30% of the Unethical Complaints were dismissed because the complainant was not a NAPPS member.

During the last Board Meeting, President Randall formed a committee to review and re-write NAPPS Policy regarding Arbitration & Grievance. This process will add certain steps that the committee performs but are not outlined in the policy as well as clarifying some deadlines and procedures that are followed.
