August Board Meeting

Since the last Board Meeting in August 2016, 16 complaints have been submitted to this committee which is a 27% decrease from the last period.

Of those complaints received:

    • 1 have been Non-Payment Complaints with 1 closed and 0 pending.

    • 6 have been Unethical Complaints with 2 closed and 4 pending.

    • 10 have been Notices of Intent to File Complaint with 8 closed and 2 pending.

Because of the ongoing confusion of the membership regarding Policy 5, an ad hoc committee was formed during the last Board Meeting to review said policy. This meeting was only to spell out procedures the Arbitration Committee follows in order to provide transparency to the membership regarding the process. These changes were discussed and voted upon during this meeting.
