Presentation given to Cambodian Department of Justice
I had the privilege of joining several experts from the UIHJ in presenting a day long seminar to the Cambodian government. The seminar covered the service of documents around the world and the new technologies available to the courts. The head of the ministries found the information on new technologies so interesting that he joined the seminar for the full afternoon presentation. They are looking at making changes to the current enforcement system in the country.
