January Board Meeting
During the recent January Board meeting, the Board of Directors heard seven cases from this committee. The results of the summarized cases were two (2) private reprimands, two (2) dismissals, one (1) demand to comply with the Panel or face revocation, two (2) full revocations. The allegations within these cases consisted of holding affidavits, non-payment, no response, and generally unprofessional behavior.
The details of these cases will be published in the upcoming Docket Sheet. The only member names that will be revealed are those being expelled.
The Board also voted to amend Policy 5H3 to require a rebuttal if a cross-claim is filed or face violations of Policy M just as a responding member would on an original complaint.
