UIHJ Holds Conference in Berlin
The UIHJ held it's summer Permanent Council meeting in Berlin, Germany. The meeting was attended by approximately 40 countries, who reported on problems and developments in their respective countries.
The annual Permanent Council meeting will be held in November at their headquarters in Paris, France.
