NY 3300:
Adds language that states, "In any case in which service of process on the secretary of state as agent of attorney of the organization, association, partnership, corporation, company, trust or other person or entity is authorized by law at the office of the department of state in the city of Albany, service of process on the secretary of state may be made by personal delivery to the secretary of state or a deputy, or any person authorized by the secretary of state to receive such service, at the office of the department of state in the city of New York. The secretary of state shall so authorize appropriate persons at such office."
