CEPEJ adapts official guidelines on the use of Artificial
For the past several years a committee on the use of Artificial Intelligence and predictive justice held numerous meetings writing guidelines for the courts of the 47 countries of the European Council.
This technology was studied and many experts and programmers were brought in to educate the members on what the technology is capable of at this point and it's abillities within the court system. The guidelines were finished and adopted during the CEPEJ meeting held last week in Strasbourg. These guidelines will be updated occasionally as the technologies advance.
