Why Complain?
There are several reasons that a NAPPS member will choose to file a complaint. However, having a reason to file a complaint and not doing so only allows the unethical member to continue behaving as such.
If you feel there is reason to file a complaint against another member, please do so. It is entirely possible that the same member is abusing another aside from yourself that is also hesitant to file.
The only way we can discipline a member is to have a complaint brought to this committee.
Please use this process to benefit yourselves and the membership as a whole.
I am aware that we have been boasting a lower number of complaints, but it is not our intention to insinuate that we are not willing to review complaints that are necessary.
Do your duty as a member of this association and bring those complaints to us!
