CyberJustice Lab in Montreal, Canada
President Mike Kern, Gary Crowe and Sue Collins visit the Cyber Justice Lab
The CyberJustice lab at the University of Montreal held a seminar in cooperation with the Federation of Trusted Third Parties . We were treated to a tour of the mock court room that the lab has put into place at the university.
The room is used to test and demonstrate the new technologies available to the court systems. Students, government agencies and other organizations involved in the court system are invited to experience and test the new technologies being developed by the university. Software systems and equipment have made this a virtual reality court room that works seamlessly for all involved.
There were 6 speakers during the visit that explained the use of digital signatures, process and enforcement on to the use of bitcoins and video conferencing.
