Wisconsin’s Senate introduced a bill Wednesday and the Assembly introduced their bill Thursday. Both address that initiating service must be made in person still. However, any ongoing documents for a person being represented by an attorney or otherwise, who also elects to accept service electronically, can be served in this manner under the proposed legislation.
