The UIHJ's Spring 2019 Permanent Council meeting was held in Berlin, Germany.
This meeting was attended by over 40 countries discussing issues surrounding the profession of process service and enforcement of judgments. Attendees were informed of the many activities of the UIHJ and important events around the globe. Many countries have the same problems as our members here in the United States. These meetings are meant to help others through similar battles in their own countries. The UIHJ is working in many countries, with many organizations, not only to hold conferences and educational seminars, but also to help with reform projects in countries that are in the process of upgrading laws surrounding their civil procedures and technologies used in their court systems.
