What Is A Process Server?

Wyoming process servers deliver legal documents to parties that are involved in legal proceedings. These documents can range from: subpoenas; complaints; notices; discovery papers; to other court dealings. Process servers are required to follow federal and state laws.

How to Become a Wyoming Process Server

Wyoming process servers are not required to be licensed.

They must be authorized by the County Court of the County where they are serving papers.

Process may be served within the state, by the sheriff, under sheriff or deputy of the County where the service is being made, or by the party or the request of the party issued the papers, or by any other person of the age of majority, not a party to the action, appointed for such purpose by the County Clerk.
