We are pleased to have received 8 volunteers for the Panel Review Committee at last week's convention. Thank you all for volunteering your time and opinions.
The Arbitration &
Grievance Committee has received 77 complaints and issued two warning
letters to members of the Association since the last convention. That
is a 35% decrease from this time last year.
The Notice of
Intent to File Complaint is still by far the most received complaint
for this committee. We need to determine a way to decrease these
filings. Only five members had their membership revoked during this
year while none were suspended. Most complaints have been settled
professionally.
